WhalePR is located in the City of Surrey one of the member municipalities of the GVRD or Greater Vancouver Regional District.  It is truly a joy to be in this part of the world.  According to Statistics Canada as of May 15 2006 the  GVRD was home to 2,116,580 people, and WhalePR would be happy to serve each one of them!  After Toronto and Montreal, the GVRD is the third largest metropolitan area in Canada.
